Administrative Services Assistant - Records

Reporting to the Manager, Legislative Services/Clerk, the Administrative Services Assistant, Record, provides administrative support to the Clerk and the Records and Information Management Coordinator assisting with the design, development and implementation of the County’s Records and Information Management (RIM) Program and Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS).

The Administrative Services Assistant, Records will assist in the development of strategies and improve recordkeeping practices across the organization assisting departments in the application of records management policies, procedures and techniques, including filing systems, retrieval, and disposition in accordance with the RIM and EDRMS programs.
