Lang Pioneer Village Museum is holding its 23rd Annual Father's Day Smoke & Steam Show on Sunday, June 16th from 10am-4pm!
Enjoy the largest show of its kind in the Kawarthas featuring tractors and power equipment displays, tractor games, vintage farm trucks, tractor and wagon rides, a tractor parade through the Village and more.
There will be tractor and power equipment displays, vintage farm trucks, tractor games beginning at 12pm, tractor and wagon rides throughout the village, tractor parade through the village beginning at 3:15pm, jacquard loom demonstrations, natural dyeing demonstrations, traditional music by Al Kirby and Howard Baer on the Weaver Shop porch, and music by the Lang Traditional Music Club performed throughout the day.
You can also treat dad to a shave by the Barber in the Keene Hotel Bar Room (hot shaves $24, regular shave $15, child artificial shave $5), or enjoy a pancake breakfast in the Peterborough County Agricultural Heritage Building served until 11:00 am while supplies last (3 pancakes for $5 with syrup on the side) or fresh fries and poutine by Reggie’s Hot Grill (additional fee).
